Auris was developed at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in response to strengthening the supply chain of biofuels under the Renewable Fuels Standard of the United States.

Avalon Energy focuses on biorefinery projects that are being developed globally outside of North America.. The current list of active project locations includes India, Uruguay, Kenya, and South Africa, with additional locations under development.
Integrated Biorefineries LLC
Integrated Biorefineries LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Auris BioEnergy Inc., is developing its showcase biorefinery in Belvedere, Illinois. This project will produce multiple products from purpose-grown oil seed crops that will be cultivated and processed at our own agprocessing mills in Montana, South Carolina, and Georgia.
